Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a sales professional to drive service contract sales for lifting equipment, industrial cranes, and related port solutions in Klang, Malaysia. The role involves developing market strategies, engaging in inspections and maintenance contracts, and expanding the customer base while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will travel locally as required, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and report on performance to the manager.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in electrical/mechanical/industrial engineering.
Experience in selling services or equipment is a plus.
Ability to work in elevated areas and travel within region.

Responsibilities

Develops market and sales strategies for designated market.
Sell service contracts including inspection, maintenance, on-call service, field work and modernizations.
Prepare action plans to search for sales leads and prospects.
Develop and implement sales plans, targets and budgets as needed.
Maintain records of pricing, sales and activity reports.
Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers in the area.
Provide timely feedback and reports to manager regarding performance.
