Responsibilities

The Service Advisor acts as the direct liaison between XPeng owners and the service workshop. They translate customer-reported issues into specific instructions for the mechanics.

1. Customer Reception & Diagnosis: Greet customers, gather vehicle info, and conduct initial diagnostics based on descriptions.
2. Work Order Management: Translate customer issues into actionable work orders for EV technicians.
3. Technical Translation: “Explain complex technical information in a way that can be understood by the customer.”
4. Cost & Warranty Estimates: Provide pricing for parts and labor, and verify warranty coverage policies.
5. Digital Scheduling: “Overseeing and managing the service center's scheduling and workflow” via dealer management software.
6. EV Consultation: Advise customers on smart EV care, software updates, battery health, and charging practices.
