XPENG is hiring a Sales Advisor in Balakong, Selangor. You will engage customers, demonstrate XPENG EV models, explain charging and smart features, and drive test drives and bookings. Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in sales/ automotive/ retail/ consumer electronics/ hospitality.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and strong communication skills welcome.
• Confident, energetic and comfortable talking to customers.
• Strong interest in cars, EVs, technology or smart devices.
• Target-oriented and hungry to achieve results.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
• Valid Malaysian Class D driving licence
• Willing to be based in Balakong, Cheras

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and understand their needs.
• Introduce and demonstrate XPENG EV models.
• Explain EV technology, charging, battery and smart features.
• Conduct exciting test-drive experiences.
• Follow up with online and showroom leads.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Participate in roadshows, events and product launches.
• Keep up with EV trends and competitor products.
