• 2) Battery & Electrical Repair: Handle high-voltage battery modules, drive motors, and intricate electrical wiring safely.
• 3) Software Management: Execute over-the-air (OTA) software updates, flash system firmware, and calibrate advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
• 4) Hardware Maintenance: Perform traditional mechanical repairs, including brake servicing, suspension adjustments, and parts replacement.
• 5) Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all completed work aligns with strict EV high-voltage safety standards and brand quality guidelines.
• 6) Documentation: Log detailed technical diagnostics, fix actions, and component tracking into the service database.
