You will greet customers, document requests, provide detailed estimates, and communicate progress. The role emphasizes reliability, vehicle knowledge, and effective coordination with the service team to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes, parts and terminology.
• Proficient in using computerized service management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role.

• Prepare estimated service and repair cost
• Communicate regularly with customers on the status of their vehicle and any additional work required
• Handle customer queries and complaints, working to find satisfactory resolutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the vehicles, services and promotions
• Provide administrative support, such as invoicing and record-keeping
