Job summary

EASYGO VENTURES SDN BHD is seeking an on-site server hardware technician to diagnose, repair, and test GUP/GUP2 boards and server components. You will troubleshoot GPUs, motherboards, RAM, HDD/SSD, and power systems, performing replacements and functional tests to verify faults.

The role involves on-site support, travel within the JB area, and shift/on-call work. A diploma or degree in electronics or related fields is required with hands-on repair experience and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in GUP/GUP2 board repair, server hardware repair, electronic board repair, or data center technical support.
• Experience with GPU / AI servers is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Willing to work on a Shift & On-Call basis and travel within JB area.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for server failures, maintenance requests, work orders, and customer requirements.
• Use diagnostic and testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, and other relevant tools.
• Prepare repair reports, troubleshooting records, and test results.
• Manage and track spare parts and replacement components.
