Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd in Senai, Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced GPU Hardware Field Service Engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain enterprise GPU server hardware at our onsite facility.

You will perform board-level troubleshooting, BGA rework, and preventive maintenance on GPU servers, with emphasis on NVIDIA platforms. The role requires strong documentation, teamwork, and travel to support mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
3–7 years in server hardware maintenance with strong GPU exposure.
Board-level GPU mainboard troubleshooting expertise.
BGA rework and reballing is mandatory.
Experience with NVIDIA GPU servers; AMD also considered.
Ability to read schematics, hardware specs, and manuals.
Experience with server diagnostic and management tools.
Excellent documentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Perform board-level troubleshooting on GPU server mainboards (B-Series & H-Series).
Carry out hardware repairs including BGA rework and reballing.
Read and interpret schematics, hardware specs, and manuals to support repairs.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
Utilise server diagnostic, monitoring, and hardware management tools for troubleshooting.
Manage repair records, component replacement history, and inventory documentation.
Collaborate with team to resolve hardware issues and optimise GPU server infra.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
Support hardware upgrades, configuration management, and incident response.
