Job summary

WORQ is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead end-to-end outlet fit-out projects, revamps, and enterprise workspace solutions. You will own the full lifecycle from tender briefing and contractor selection to construction supervision, authority approvals, and formal handover, ensuring on-scope delivery within budget and to quality standards.

Beyond project delivery, you act as the single intake point for workspace requests across the outlet network, triaging and routing to the right teams,

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing interior fit-out projects in commercial or office environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for new outlet openings and revamps, including briefs, budgets, schedules, contractor appointment, site supervision, and handover.
• Coordinate customised workspace projects for enterprise clients, including cost estimates and timelines across internal teams.
• Source and manage designers, consultants, and contractors; enforce deadlines and monitor performance.
• Assist tender documentation, evaluate quotations, and apply value engineering to meet budget and quality goals.
• Ensure compliance with building, authority, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop a scalable design playbook to maintain consistent quality across WORQ outlets.
