Job summary

PropertyGuru is seeking a Workplace IT Specialist to transform how technology is delivered to employees across regional offices. You will design and ship automation that eliminates manual work—one-touch onboarding, zero-touch provisioning, and self-service access—while providing deep technical expertise across Microsoft365, EntraID, Intune, and our endpoint fleet.

The ideal candidate has led IT transformation from traditional ITSM to modern workplace engineering and can demonstrate automation

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in IT engineering, end-user computing, or modern workplace roles with hands-on automation.
• Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API skills to build production automation.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft EntraID and Azure: identity lifecycle, CA, SSO, RBAC.
• Deep Microsoft365 administration experience (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management across Windows/macOS.

Responsibilities

• Build one-touch employee lifecycle automation: onboarding/offboarding workflows from HR trigger to access revocation.
• Engineer zero-touch device provisioning with Windows Autopilot and Intune; automate imaging and setup.
• Automate IT operations using PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate, and REST APIs for license/group management and reporting.
• Apply software engineering practices: Git versioning, code reviews, tests, and configuration-as-code where possible.
• Build self-service access catalogues and automated access requests to reduce tickets.
