Job summary

Noventiq Malaysia is seeking a Senior Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer to lead design, delivery, and migration projects on the Microsoft 365 stack. You will be part of the Services Delivery Team, architecting solutions for external customers and guiding engineers across projects.

You will drive hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations, configure Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and Exchange Online, and mentor engineers while engaging in bids, POC engagements, and customer enablement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on implementation of Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions.
• Experience deploying Exchange Online / EOP, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, and Autopilot.
• Proven migrations from Google Workspace, Lotus Notes/Domino, Zimbra, or on-prem Exchange to Microsoft 365.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft ModernWorkplace Engineer to bring your talent to Noventiq Malaysia. You’ll be part ofour Services Delivery Team, responsible for architecting, designing,delivering, and implementing Modern Workplace solutions for external customersbased on Microsoft technologies. This is a senior delivery and implementationrole — you will lead solution design, drive complex migrations, and mentorengineers across projects.

What You’llDo

• Collaborate with Solution Sales, Project Managers, andcustomers to understand business requirements and translate them into technicaldesigns.
• Architect, design, and deploy Microsoft 365 / Office365 Modern Workplace solutions — Exchange Online, EOP, SharePoint Online,OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Lead and deliver migrations from other/third-partysolutions to Microsoft — e.g., Google Workspace, Lotus Notes/Domino, Zimbra,on-premises Exchange, and file servers — into Exchange Online, SharePointOnline, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Plan and execute hybrid and tenant-to-tenantmigrations, including identity/hybrid configuration (Entra Connect, ADFS/SSO).
• Deployand manage device provisioning and management with Intune and WindowsAutopilot.
• Participate in tenders and bids to provide technicalsolutions, effort estimation, and scoping.
• DeliverProof-of-Concept (POC) engagements to demonstrate solution value.
• Produce project documentation, HLD/LLD, and admin/userguides.
• Conduct customer enablement and training sessions(Microsoft 365 / Copilot).
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ModernWorkplace engineers.

About You

• Proven hands-on implementation and deploymentexperience delivering Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions in production(5+ years).
• Implementation-focused — Deep hands-onexperience deploying and implementing Exchange Online / EOP, SharePoint Online,OneDrive, Teams, Intune / Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, and Autopilot.
• Proven experience delivering migrations from othersolutions to Microsoft (Google Workspace, Lotus Notes/Domino, Zimbra,on-premises Exchange, file servers).
• Experience with hybrid identity and configuration(Entra Connect, ADFS, SSO).
• PowerShell scripting for automation and bulkoperations.
• Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relatedfield.
• English— able to read technical documentation and to speak and present confidently tocustomers (verbal communication is required).

• On-premises infrastructure experience — ExchangeServer, Active Directory, ADCS (PKI), Windows Server, DNS, and Group Policy(optional focus).
• Microsoftsecurity skills — Microsoft Defender (for Endpoint / for Office 365), MicrosoftPurview (DLP, Information Protection), and Conditional Access.
• AI and Microsoft Copilot Studio skills — experiencebuilding or deploying Copilot agents is a plus.
• Experiencewith third-party migration tooling (e.g., Quest, BitTitan, AvePoint).
