Job summary

GoKardz Technologies is seeking a dedicated individual for server management, focusing on Wintel Servers both hardware and operating systems. The role includes responsibilities such as problem resolution, ensuring system performance and reliability, and installation of new server hardware.

Ideal candidates should hold a higher diploma or degree in IT or related fields with 5+ years of relevant experience. Preferred certifications include VMware and Nutanix certified professional.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / telecommunications network or equivalent.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV) preferred.
• 5 or more years of experience on Microsoft Windows Operating System, VMware vSphere, and Nutanix - Design, Deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1, 2 and 3 problem resolution.
• Ensure 24x7 availability to attend critical system issues.
• Review and monitor system reliability and performance.

Skills

Server Hardware OS installation and troubleshooting

Server OS troubleshooting, performance monitoring

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Citrix XenApp server administration

Education

Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / Telecommunications Network
