Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to oversee daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing and inventory management at our Shah Alam facility. You will allocate manpower, equipment and task assignments to keep operations smooth and accurate.

You will supervise performance, ensure adherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards; monitor KPIs, conduct daily cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with customer service, transportation

Qualifications

• Educational Background - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Work Experience - 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, quality control, or related fields. Candidates with a background in the logistics industry are preferred.
• Competency Requirements - Familiar with warehouse management processes, quality management systems, data analysis tools, international logistics standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing and outbound processing.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and work assignments by order volume.
• Supervise staff and ensure SOP, safety, and quality compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct inventory counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customer service, transportation and planning teams.
• Identify improvements and support cost reduction and efficiency.
