Job summary

XIN HWA SUPPLY CHAIN SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations across its 3PL facilities in Selangor. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, service quality, cost efficiency, and strict adherence to customer SLAs.

Responsibilities include managing multiple shifts, optimizing manpower and space, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a 3PL / logistics environment.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, KPIs, and productivity management.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Willing to work extended hours when required.
• Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (Mandarin proficiency required for client communications).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipments.
• Manage warehouse supervisors and operational staff across multiple shifts.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity, and cost control.
• Optimize manpower, equipment, and warehouse space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with account management and customers to meet SLAs.
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead WMS usage, system enhancements, and process automation where applicable.
• Prepare operational reports and support budgeting and cost management activities.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management.
