Job summary

ON Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader to drive day-to-day warehouse activities, supervise a team, and optimize material handling and inventory accuracy.

The role collaborates with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics and Procurement to ensure smooth flow of materials and adherence to safety standards. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, materials management or manufacturing operations.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating warehouse personnel is preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics or high-volume manufacturing operations would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material issuance, movement and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, handling and issuance of materials.
• Coordinate warehouse priorities according to production and operational needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate corrective actions for discrepancies.
• Oversee safe material handling and compliance with EH&S requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide direction and coaching to warehouse staff and plan manpower allocation.
