onsemi seeks a warehouse operations leader to guide day-to-day activities across receiving, storage and issue processes. You will supervise a team, ensure accurate inventory, and coordinate with production, planning and logistics to meet demand.

The role emphasizes implementing 5S, improving safety, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with semiconductor exposure are preferred.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, materials management or manufacturing operations.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating warehouse personnel is preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics or high-volume manufacturing operations would be an advantage.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, material issuance, material movement and inventory control.
• Ensure materials are received, stored, handled and issued accurately and on time.
• Coordinate warehouse priorities according to production and operational requirements.
• Ensure proper material identification, storage location and transaction accuracy.
• Monitor daily warehouse workload and allocate resources appropriately.
• Ensure smooth material flow between warehouse and manufacturing areas.
• Escalate material shortages, receiving issues or operational constraints that may impact production.
