Job summary

KEAN ENG SDN. BHD. in Penang is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, manage manpower, stock movement, and ensure on-time dispatch under pressure.

This senior supervisory role requires a firm, experienced leader with a track record of enforcing standards, safety SOPs, and continuous improvement; knowledge of ERP systems and forklift handling is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or senior warehouse role.
• Proven ability to manage people and daily operational pressure.
• Hands-on, firm, and accountable leadership style.
• Basic computer or ERP system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Command the Floor: Supervise day-to-day operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch) to meet strict daily cut-off times.
• Lead Manpower: Assign and control staff to maximize productivity. Enforce discipline, attendance, and safety SOPs.
• Inventory Control: Ensure stock accuracy, proper stacking, and minimize shrinkage/damages.
• Problem Solving: Resolve immediate operational issues and manpower challenges without needing constant guidance.
• Training: Coach staff on proper handling techniques and workplace organization.
