Job summary

Walkers Professional Services seeks a highly experienced Senior Vice President to lead a Unit Trust service line across Cayman Islands structures. You will attend board meetings, oversee complex transactions, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance while maintaining key client relationships.

This role combines technical fiduciary expertise with strategic growth, budgeting and team mentoring, including travel to Asia for client development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services with fiduciary experience in Cayman Islands trusts.
• Strong governance knowledge across unit trusts and fund structures.
• Proven ability to lead senior client relationships and cross-jurisdiction projects.
• Experience budgeting, revenue growth, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of Unit Trust service line and governance.
• Attend/chair board meetings and oversee transactions and incorporations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and client service excellence.
• Budget, billing, risk management, and mentoring junior staff.
