Job summary

Kroll seeks a Senior Manager to lead and support delivery of Fund Solutions and Restructuring mandates from Grand Cayman, with cross-border exposure. You will drive engagement delivery, perform in-depth financial analysis, and manage complex client situations across funds.

The role requires leading workstreams, coordinating with lawyers, administrators and auditors, and developing client relationships while maintaining profitability and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Cayman Islands investment funds or related advisory areas.
• Experience in fund advisory, restructuring, private equity or private credit is preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with a track record of clear conclusions.
• Accounting, insolvency or investment qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams and ensure delivery within scope, timing and budget.
• Analyse fund structures, portfolio performance, valuations, liquidity and cash flows.
• Support or lead manager replacement and transition mandates and wind downs.
• Prepare decision‑ready materials, investment reports and portfolio reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with fund managers, investors, boards and service providers.
• Direct and coach junior colleagues, managing deadlines and risk.
