Kroll is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead and support delivery of Fund Solutions and Restructuring services from Grand Cayman, with exposure to Cayman Islands funds and cross-border mandates. You will oversee engagements, perform rigorous financial analysis and client-facing activities, coordinating teams across service lines.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with opportunities to contribute to business growth in international markets.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in fund solutions or restructuring services, including Cayman Islands funds.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing workstreams.
• Experience delivering engagement economics and resourcing considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Engagement delivery: lead defined workstreams and maintain momentum within scope, timing and budget.
• Analysis and advice: assess fund structures, performance, liquidity and cash flows; provide clear recommendations.
• Fund solutions execution: support or lead manager replacement, wind downs, asset realisations or related mandates.
• Client materials: prepare concise decision-ready materials and portfolios.
• Stakeholder management: build relationships with fund managers, boards, investors and regulators.
• Project and risk management: identify risks early and escalate material matters with recommendations.
• Engagement economics: manage scope, budgets and profitability; senior managers oversee resourcing.
• Team leadership: coach juniors and provide clear briefs.
• Business development: grow Fund Solutions and Restructuring across markets through proposals and pitches.
