Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or Retail Design.
• Experience in furniture or lifestyle retail is preferred.
• Previous team leadership experience is required.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning and product presentation.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of how visuals drive sales.
• Good project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies across all showrooms
• Create attractive furniture displays, room settings and lifestyle concepts that enhance the customer experience
• Plan showroom layouts, product placement and space utilisation to maximise visual impact
• Establish and maintain consistent visual standards in line with brand identity
• Review showroom performance and refresh displays based on product launches, campaigns, seasons and sales priorities
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders
• Lead, coach and guide the visual merchandising team to maintain high execution standards
• Conduct regular showroom visits and visual audits to ensure consistency across locations
• Keep up with furniture, interior design, lifestyle and retail visual-merchandising trends
• Assist in sales performance and understand customer preferences and product movement, translating insights into effective strategies
