Job summary

Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Executive to plan, build, and maintain compelling retail displays across our stores. You will ensure brand consistency, coordinate campaigns, and support new openings, renovations, and seasonal launches to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

The role requires 2–4 years of VM experience, proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator, and a keen eye for colour, layout, and trend-aware styling.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/degree in fashion, interior design, fine arts, visual merchandising, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or retail.
• Strong eye for colour, composition, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute VM displays in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop product displays, mannequin styling, fixtures, and store layouts.
• Ensure consistent VM standards across all stores.
• Conduct store visits and VM audits for improvements and compliance.
• Coordinate VM for campaigns, launches, and seasonal events.
• Prepare and install posters, signage, and POP materials.
• Lead VM setup for new store openings and renovations.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
• Monitor trends and incorporate ideas into displays.
