Job summary

Quintus Search in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to oversee in-store VM standards from window displays to shopfront layouts, ensuring brand consistency and commerciality. You will lead the local VM team, coordinate with HQ, manage launch campaigns, and monitor store compliance, with annual budget planning and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations.

This role requires hands-on involvement in store set ups and a vigilant eye for customer

Responsibilities

• Monitor & supervise new store set up, and constantly review the look of stores that is within the brands framework (from planning to executing in store VMD concept).
• Manage the execution of window and in-store display change over including sourcing and installation of props, extending to support of on-going promotional activities.
• Work closely with HQ and lead local VM team members to deliver brands VMD standard within brands framework
• Lead Multimedia Designer to provide graphic/visual support to Marketing as well as all Online and Offline sales channels
• Ensure a balance of brand image and commerciality, optimizing sales opportunities.
• Work with Merchandising team and propose needed change of VM display (from shop front to in-store) to promote new collection launches, reflecting festive sales and etc.
• Perform regular shop visit to up keep stores VMD standard, attend to store VMD maintenance needed and changes in layout arrangements enhancing better customer flow
• Work closely with Operation team to ensure brand VMD standard is well communicated to stores at all time from new launches to festive sales and etc.
• Active collaborating with Marketing team on all in-store campaign launches.
• Prepare annual VMD budget and submit expenses and VM reports as required.
