Job summary

Rozel Corporation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Visual Merchandising lead to develop and execute in-store displays across showrooms. You will plan layouts, create lifestyle concepts, and ensure brand-consistent visuals that boost sales and customer experience.

You’ll coach the VM team, monitor performance, and stay ahead of trends with timely refreshes. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or Retail Design, plus leadership experience in

• Experience in furniture or lifestyle retail is preferred.
• Previous team leadership experience is required.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning and product presentation.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of how visuals drive sales.
• Good project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies across all showrooms

• Lead, coach and guide the visual merchandising team to maintain high execution standards
• Conduct regular showroom visits and visual audits to ensure consistency across locations
• Keep up with furniture, interior design, lifestyle and retail visual-merchandising trends
• Assist in sales performance and understand customer preferences and product movement, translating insights into effective strategies

Conduct regular showroom visits and visual audits to ensure consistency across locations

Keep up with furniture, interior design, lifestyle and retail visual-merchandising trends

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Design or a related field
• Relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably within furniture, home living, interior design or lifestyle retail
• Previous team leadership or managerial experience
• Strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, colour coordination and product presentation
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how visual merchandising influences customer behaviour and sales
• Good project management, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Hands-on, creative and comfortable working across multiple retail locations
