Job summary

Oregeon Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Valuation Executive to inspect properties and prepare valuation reports. You will ensure appointments and client instructions are correctly documented to minimize fee collection risk.

You will deliver accurate, timely reports and provide regular updates on property sectors. Mandarin-speaking candidates are welcome, with opportunities to obtain professional licenses related to valuation and estate agency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate Management / Land Economy / Town Planning or related field.
• Experience in valuation or property research is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with excellent command of English.
• Knowledge of publication software is an added advantage.
• Potential to obtain license / to be registered valuer / estate agent / property manager.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates for serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

To ensure appointments and instructions from clients are in the proper form and structure, which minimize risk in the collection of fees.

To ensure good customer service with all enquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.

Ensure the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports

To provide regular updates on specific property sectors

Prospects for obtaining license / to be registered valuer / estate agent / property manager

To market the valuation service as well as the other professional services offered by the Company.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Real Estate Management / Land Economy / Town Planning or other related fields
• Experience in valuation and / or other property research is added advantage
• Good analytical and writing skills with strong command of English language
• Knowledge in publication software is an added advantage
