Job summary

RISE Property Services, based in Menara UOA Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Valuation Executive to assist in property and land valuations related to compulsory acquisition cases and disputes for high court submissions. This full-time, on-site role requires collaboration with legal representatives, government bodies, and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Real Estate degree, with strong valuation foundations, analytical thinking, and report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Real Estate or related field.
• Experience in property/land valuation and legal documentation.
• Ability to produce clear valuation reports under deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and financial information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

The Valuation Executive is responsible for assisting in property and land valuations related to compulsory acquisition cases and dispute matters for submission to the high court. This position works closely with legal representatives, government bodies, and corporate clients in a full-time, on-site capacity based in Menara UOA Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

About you

• Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret market data, legal documentation, and financial information
• Ability to produce clear, structured valuation reports and work accurately under deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with legal teams, clients, and authorities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail, with willingness to learn and adapt to regulatory requirements
• Experience or exposure to property valuation, corporate real estate, or land acquisition work is an advantage
