Oregeon Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Valuation Executive / Valuation Executive to conduct inspection and prepare valuation reports for property assets. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and professional reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.

The position involves ensuring proper form and structure of client instructions to minimize fee collection risk, delivering excellent customer service, and providing updates on specific property sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate Management / Land Economy / Town Planning or related field.
• Experience in valuation or property research is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with good command of English.
• Mandarin language ability preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Knowledge of publication software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

To ensure appointments and instructions from clients are in the proper form and structure, which minimize risk in the collection of fees.

To ensure good customer service with all enquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.

Ensure the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports

To provide regular updates on specific property sectors

Prospects for obtaining license / to be registered valuer / estate agent / property manager

To market the valuation service as well as the other professional services offered by the Company.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Real Estate Management / Land Economy / Town Planning or other related fields
• Experience in valuation and / or other property research is added advantage
• Good analytical and writing skills with strong command of English language
• Knowledge in publication software is an added advantage
