Job summary

The position involves ensuring proper form and structure of client instructions to minimize fee collection risk, delivering excellent customer service, and providing updates on specific property sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate Management / Land Economy / Town Planning or related field.
• Experience in valuation or property research is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with good command of English.
• Mandarin language ability preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Knowledge of publication software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation reports
• Ensure appointments and instructions from clients are in the proper form and structure, minimizing risk in the collection of fees.
• Provide good customer service with enquiries being promptly attended to.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and complete reports
• Provide regular updates on specific property sectors
• Prospects for obtaining license / to be registered valuer / estate agent / property manager
• Market the valuation service and other professional services offered by the Company.
