Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate Management / Land Economy / Town Planning or related field.
• Experience in valuation or property research is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with excellent command of English.
• Knowledge of publication software is an added advantage.
• Potential to obtain license / to be registered valuer / estate agent / property manager.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates for serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation reports.
• Coordinate appointments and client instructions to minimize fee collection risk.
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service to all inquiries.
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and complete.
• Provide regular updates on specific property sectors.
