Job summary

Henry Butcher Malaysia Miri Sdn Bhd is seeking dynamic individuals including fresh graduates for an exciting Valuation role in Miri. The team values clear communication, responsibility, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include site inspection groundwork, compiling valuation reports under supervision, handling inquiries from banks and solicitors, and performing other duties as assigned by management. A valuation-focused degree is required, with willingness to travel locally and regionally.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Possess a Degree / Advanced Diploma with a focus on Valuation or equivalent.
• Mature, initiative, self-motivated and capable to work independently & a good team player.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally as necessitated by work assignments.
• Fluent spoken, written & good command in English and Bahasa; Chinese/Mandarin an added advantage.
• Possess own transportation.

Valuation Division of HBM Miri Office (Henry Butcher Malaysia Miri Sdn Bhd) is seeking for dynamic and career-minded individuals including any fresh graduates to take on an exciting and challenging role.
The job requires someone who is able to communicate clearly, confidently and with strong sense of responsibilities.

Responsibilites & Key Duties

• Conducting groundwork for site inspection (i.e. identifying the location of subject property, gathering sales evidence and duplicating relevant plans and documents for reference).
• Responsible in prepare & compile of full set Valuation Report with supervision from Senior Valuer or Valuation Manager.
• Handle inquiries from banks, solicitors and any individual parties vested in the area of valuation.
• To also perform other duties that are assigned to you by the Management from time to time.

Professional and Academic Background

• At least 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess a Degree / Advanced Diploma with a focus on Valuation or equivalent.
• Mature, initiative, self-motivated and capable to work independently & also a good team player in handling certain corporate cases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally as necessitated by work assignments.
• Fluent spoken, written & good command in English and Bahasa with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Other language skills (Chinese, Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transportation.
