Job summary

• Demonstrated leadership of analytics personnel and teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern product analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall direction, priorities, and outcomes for the UX Lab team.
• Translate business and product objectives into analytical frameworks with cross-functional teams.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of the UX analytics team.
• Establish high-quality analytics standards across the organization with metrics and experimentation.
• Identify and resolve UX friction points prior to escalations.
• Drive product improvements via user testing and behavioral analysis.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
