Job summary

Beam Mobility in Malaysia is seeking a senior analytics professional to transform complex data into strategic insights. You will partner with Engineering and Operations to build scalable reporting and experimentation frameworks that drive rider growth and operational excellence.

You will collect and analyze large datasets, conduct funnel analyses, design AI-enabled analytics workflows, and mentor junior analysts as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of analytics experience in a fast-paced tech or mobility company.
• Expertise with SQL, BigQuery and data warehousing.
• Proficient in BI tools like Looker or Looker Studio.
• Experience with Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse large datasets to identify trends across rider behaviour, product performance, operational efficiency and market performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on user journeys, conversion funnels, retention and engagement to identify opportunities for growth.
• Design, execute and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new features and operational initiatives.
• Develop and maintain scalable dashboards, reports and KPI frameworks that enable data-driven decision making across the business.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations that influence business priorities and product strategy.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices, with future leadership responsibilities as the team grows.
• Evaluate and leverage AI-powered tools to improve analytical workflows, automate repetitive tasks, accelerate insight generation, and enhance decision-making across the business.
