Job summary

Amicorp Group is seeking a senior professional to manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities. You will ensure legal, regulatory and administrative matters are handled in line with international standards, communicating with clients and authorities to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; STEP qualification in trust and tax advantageous.
• At least 4 years of experience with trust/estate law, ideally in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of financial services regulation and international requirements (CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, ESR).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities; prepare legal documents such as letters, resolutions, deeds.
• Liaise with clients, trustees, intermediaries, and counsel to ensure compliance and service quality.
• Oversee client files and regulatory/trust matters for the portfolio; review and maintain documentation and records.
• Provide legal research and analysis for structuring trusts and entities and assist with feasibility and legality assessments.
• Manage client relationships, risk, SLAs, and onboarding to ensure compliant service delivery.
• Support CAC and Local Management in onboarding and ongoing administration; ensure KYC compliance.
• Act as trusted advisor and promote Amicorp through industry forums and publications.
