Job summary

Provident Fiduciaries Berhad seeks a Legal Executive to operate within a sophisticated family office and private wealth environment. You will draft, review, and structure complex legal frameworks including trusts, succession planning arrangements, investment structures, and other private wealth related documentation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and legal reasoning skills.
• Excellent drafting, reviewing and structuring of legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on corporate, commercial, governance, trust, fiduciary, and private wealth documents.
• Provide governance, secretarial and board support including resolutions, minutes and governance papers.
• Draft, update and maintain internal policies, compliance and risk management frameworks.
