Job summary

sdguthrie is seeking a capable transformation professional to partner with business units in developing and delivering programs that hit financial targets. You will diagnose operational and commercial levers, identify value creation opportunities, and help teams implement and track initiatives.

You will support cross-functional project teams, design monitoring systems for real-time insights, and enable management with data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Finance-related disciplines; Masters or professional qualification would be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Business Analysis, Commercial Operations, Manufacturing Operations, or Operational Excellence roles.
• Independent stakeholder management and strong communication skills across diverse functions and nationalities.
• Advantage if proficient in programming languages (including Excel Macros), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), or statistical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Units to develop and implement transformation programs that will enable the achievement of their financial budget targets.
• Conduct outside-in diagnostics/analyses of operational and commercial levers, identify value creation initiatives, and support teams in implementation and tracking of initiatives.
• Support cross-functional project teams to plan, manage and deliver value creation initiatives.
• Develop or enhance monitoring systems to enable on-demand and real-time insights into operational and commercial levers for management decision-making.
