Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad is seeking a Senior Analyst for the SDGI Transformation team in Ara Damansara, Selangor. This role partners with business units to design and implement transformation programs and conducts diagnostics to identify value opportunities that align with financial targets.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or finance and has at least two years in related roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Finance-related disciplines; a master’s or professional qualification is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in management consulting, strategic planning, project management, business analysis or related roles.
Experience with data visualization tools and analytics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Partner with business units to develop and implement transformation programs to meet financial targets.
Conduct outside-in diagnostics of operational and commercial levers and identify value-creation initiatives.
Support cross-functional project teams to plan, manage and deliver value initiatives.
Develop or enhance monitoring systems to provide real-time insights for decision-making.
