• Proficient in leveraging digital productivity tools for presentations and project management.

Responsibilities

• Identify transformation priorities across 1-year and 5-year planning horizons, balancing priorities across commercial, operations and maintenance.
• Lead and coach junior TO teammates in diagnostics and value driver analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and implement transformation programs for SDGI units using value creation initiatives.
• Perform analyses of market trends, product mix and cost/profitability; develop end-user templates and tools.
• Collaborate with Group Operations, Group Digital, Group Finance to drive implementation and track impact.
