Qualifications

• Experience in Management Consulting or Advisory firm is strictly required.
• Big 4 background is highly preferred.
• Willing to step up into a Manager role from Assistant Manager.
• Open to local Malaysian talents and expatriate candidates.
• Exceptional problem-solving, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements with high-quality insights.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and proposals for AD/Director levels.
• Contribute to thought leadership and development of new consulting offerings.
• Mentor high-performing teams and foster continuous learning.
