As part of the People Advisory Services team, you will tackle complex challenges, drive people-focused strategies, and contribute to HR transformation initiatives for global clients. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, significant experience in HR consulting, and a proven track record in client relationship management, working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR consulting or change management for Senior Associate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with team leadership for Manager.
• At least 7-8 years of experience with project management for Senior Manager.
