The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable strategic insights and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and key stakeholders. Build, maintain, and expand strong, long-term client relationships.

• Business Development (For AD/Director levels): Drive go-to-market strategies, identify new business opportunities, lead proposal developments, and contribute significantly to the firm’s revenue growth.

• Practice Development & Innovation: Contribute to the development of thought leadership, new consulting frameworks, and innovative service offerings.

• Team Mentorship: Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing teams of consultants and senior consultants. Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and excellence.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven and relevant experience within a Management Consulting or Advisory firm is strictly required.

• Big 4 Advantage: Candidates with a strong background from the Big 4 or top-tier strategy consulting firms will be highly preferred.

Offer Details
