Job summary

Movon Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Trainer Executive to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales agents in the Rent-to-Own (RTO) industry. You will create engaging content, run workshops, and ensure agents become experts in selling RTO products.

The role requires designing multi-format materials, conducting in-person and virtual sessions, and coaching agents to excel in sales while staying proactive and adaptable to training needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Training, or a related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• 3-5 years in training, sales, or related field (MLM or insurance experience is a plus).
• Ability to manage large groups in classroom and virtual settings.
• Knowledge of Excel and other related platforms.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Improve Training Content – Design educational materials for sales agents, focusing on Rent-to-Own concepts and sales strategies.
• Conduct Sales Training – Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions through workshops, livestreams, and presentations.
• Create Engaging Learning Materials – Develop videos, articles, posters, and presentations in multiple languages.
• Plan & Schedule Training Programs – Organize effective training sessions to enhance agent performance.
• Coach Sales Agents – Equip them with the skills and knowledge to successfully sell Rent-to-Own products.
• Stay Proactive & Flexible – Continuously improve training methods and assist in various training-related tasks.
