MAA Group Berhad is seeking an Assistant Manager to support development and delivery of professional training programs for the Agency and authorized intermediaries, aligning with regulatory and business objectives.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the development and ensure the delivery of professional training programs in support of the Agency and authorized intermediaries to meet the company’s business objectives.
The role supports the business via training and development by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This role will also bridge the gap between regulatory compliance, sales capabilities, leadership standards, and product knowledge transfer.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Professional certifications such as TBE, PCE, CEILI, IRFP/RFP or CFP will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Experience in training, agency development, sales development or financial services is preferred.
Minimum 3-5 year’s experience in financial Industry with sound knowledge and understanding of Financial services, wide experience in agency/ non-agency.
Preferably with strong understanding in wealth management, banking, insurance/ Takaful or asset management.
Ability to do sales presentations, coaching, and people skills development.
Possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.
