Qualifications

• Certifications in training or coaching are a plus.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programmes in line with curriculum and learning objectives.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions for learners at different levels.
• Coach and reinforce learning through follow-up activities and practical application.
• Collaborate with leaders to align training with business goals.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and reporting.
