You will deliver training programmes, reinforce learning in the field, coach stakeholders, and collaborate with business leaders to drive performance while upholding our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in training, facilitation, coaching, sales development, and learning & development in Life Insurance or related industry.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, retail, or sales-driven environments is advantageous.
• Professional certifications in training or coaching are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programmes in line with established curriculum and learning objectives.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions for participants at different development stages.
• Provide coaching and follow-up to reinforce learning and support performance.
• Gather feedback, monitor progress, and contribute to programme improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to understand training needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
