Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Training Lead in Penang to oversee ATMP training programs and certify trainers across production and process divisions. You will coordinate onboarding, manage LMS records, and ensure training coverage through strong team leadership.

The role requires 5–8 years in training, a related bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication with both internal teams and external customers. Weekly onboarding and regular audits form key parts of the job scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in training or trainer roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all trainers are trained and certified on ATMP processes.
• Manage trainer teams to ensure 100% training coverage across production and process departments.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires weekly as required.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure training effectiveness.
• Coordinate and schedule training for operators and technicians per ATMP Operations’ requirements.
• Train and certify new hires, operators and technicians as requested by ATMP Operations.
• Develop training courses, maintain documentation, and manage the LMS database.
• Participate in internal and external customer audits when required.
• Represent or lead training during audits, presenting records and defending training methodologies.
• Conduct regular trainer meetings to ensure instructional quality and KPI adherence.
• Assess skill gaps within the trainer team and implement upskilling programs.
• Review and update training materials to align with current practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education

• Participate in internal and external customer audits when required.
• Represent / act as lead for training during internal and external audits, confidently presenting records, and defending training methodologies to auditors.
• Conduct regular trainers meeting to ensure consistency in instructional quality and adherence to training department KPI.
• Assess skill gaps within the trainer’s team and implement upskilling programs.
• Review and update training materials to ensure alignment with current operational practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:
