Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Training Coordinator to establish and manage comprehensive training programs for product launches, including knowledge and soft-skill training for sales teams, promoters, and dealers.

You will develop training materials, lead channel initiatives, and perform post-activity analyses while coordinating with stakeholders locally and internationally. Weekend work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in related job function.
• Familiar with product appliances and confident presenting to audiences.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set-up effective training system and establish training program based on targeted product launches.
• Formulate training plan and organize product knowledge training for targeted audience including soft-skill enhancement.
• Actively involve and support channel activities and promotion via training modules.
• Establish effective training materials for internal sales, promoters and dealers.
• Emphasize selling points during training to highlight differentiation against competitors.
• Prepare post-mortem analysis for each training activity.
• Conduct assessment, evaluation and review sales performance after training activities.
• Oversee creation and implementation of training policies and procedures.
• Develop reporting standards to management.
• Review training practices and processes for improvements.

• Constantly plan and collaborate with key stakeholders for training activities
• Implement effective and innovative ways to improve all key activities
• Set and manage budget for training related activities and programs
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in related job function
• Great in interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in organizing, coordinating and handling large scale training and seminars
• Familiar with product appliances, highly knowledgeable with good presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced working environment
• Able to work on weekend and during off-day on occasional basis
• Must be able to travel extensively (domestic and/or international) to perform job functions
