The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, and support recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing.
• Experience dealing with blue-collar and white-collar staff.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia employment law and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition support for non-executive/Intern roles.
• Handle Employee Relations, grievances, investigations, and counselling.
• Coordinate Performance Management and salary review processes.
• Manage HR Operations, contracts, documentation, and compliance.
• Coordinate Learning & Development programs and HR audits.
• Support Employee Engagement & Culture initiatives and HR projects.
