MR DIY International is recruiting for a Cross-Functional Compliance Coordinator to align CN, Purchasing and Local teams on product compliance matters. You will ensure regulatory readiness, HS code accuracy, and documentation upkeep for audits and imports.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in compliance or supply chain coordination, fluent English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, and prior cross-regional experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, supply chain coordination, import/export, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HS codes and customs/import/export processes.
• Experience in cross-functional and cross-regional environments (China / SEA preferred).
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience supervising junior team members is required.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional compliance between CN, Purchasing, and Local country teams.
• Act as primary liaison for product compliance matters across regions.
• Translate compliance requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Track and close compliance-related deliverables across parties.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance documentation and records for audits.
• Support SOP development and process improvements.
• Supervise and guide 2 Product Compliance Executives; allocate tasks and ensure quality.
