Job summary

NPAworldwide in Malaysia, Johor, is seeking a Senior Test Engineering Leader to direct the sustaining test function for ICT, FCT and PCBA tests. You will manage a sizeable team and drive improvement in FPY, MTTR and test coverage while coordinating test hardware, automation and CAPEX planning.

The role requires hands-on leadership with experience in mass production environments and a track record in delivering robust testing solutions for networking hardware and related products.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustaining test function across ICT, FCT, PCB/PCBA, and system test.
• Provide technical support post-launch in mass production.
• Troubleshoot complex PCB/PCBA and system-level failures.
• Improve FPY, test yield, retest rate, coverage and MTTR.
• Oversee test hardware, fixtures, ATE, software and automation.
• Drive tester reliability, capacity, maintenance and utilization.
• Lead root-cause analysis using 8D, RCA, CAPA, DMAIC and PFMEA.
• Manage Test Engineering resources and teams.
• Support customers and cross-functional teams on test issues.
• Plan CAPEX and capacity for test equipment.
