Job summary

IoTronix Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Test Engineering Leader to develop and implement manufacturing test strategies for PCBAs in a high-volume IoT environment. You will lead the test team through NPI and product transfers from EVT to MP, set up test environments, and ensure robust defect resolution using SPC/DOE/GR&R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in PCBA/SMT/test engineering in high-volume manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in technical leadership or people management.
• Strong knowledge of test strategies, PCBA testing, and product transfer through EVT to MP.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, test-failure troubleshooting, yield improvement, and NDF.
• Experience in test automation, equipment maintenance, and networked test systems.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay; Mandarin is required for certain communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing test strategies aligned with customer requirements and product specs.
• Lead test team in executing NPI and product transfers from EVT to MP.
• Set up and maintain test environments in PCBA manufacturing plants.
• Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshoot test issues; discuss solutions with developers; apply SPC/DOE/GR&R.
• Establish systematic troubleshooting and failure analysis methodologies.
• Drive root cause analysis for test failures, yield loss, and NDF with improvement plans.
• Develop and maintain test troubleshooting guidelines, SOPs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D and Customer teams to resolve test issues.
• Manage and maintain testing tools, automation systems, and networked test systems.
• Develop test team capabilities for engineers and technicians.
