The role emphasizes test strategy, data analysis, troubleshooting, and cross‑functional collaboration across the product lifecycle, with focus on DFX/DFT, TME management, ESD controls, and continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing test engineering.
• Willing to work on 3 rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy and industrialize test bay layout with optimized labor balance, cycle time, and takt alignment; make the line ramp-ready.
• Operate/optimize ATE/fixtures/test bays and ensure daily readiness (SW images, recipes, interlocks, safety checks).
• Lead system-level troubleshooting of test failures and equipment issues; drive rapid containment and corrective actions.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and inventory of Test Measurement Equipment (TME) and ensure ESD controls on the floor.
